Albatross Avenue, Mermaid Beach is Australia’s most impressive home, winning ‘House of the Year’ for the Gold Coast region in the Australian Institute of Architect Awards. Designed by BGD Architects, the residence is extensively finished with breathtaking Australian stone, contemporary in its design, immense in scale, providing endless options for family, entertaining and leisure. We kitted this fantastic residence out with Crestron Control, Dynalite lighting, AC control, Access control, security, CCTV & audio visual.

The IPHouse Lighting Control System solution incorporates Clipsal DALIcontrol for all Lighting & Emergency Lighting control, integrated with the BMS system. The solution includes dual profile settings for “Normal Hours” & “After Hours”, daylight harvesting, perimeter dimming, emergency testing & reporting. Each Tenancy floor has a Touchscreen for local control of all areas with native DALI sensors located across the floors for occupancy detection to ensure conformance with Green Star requirements. Sophisticated finishes in granite, carpet, glass create immense visual appeal from the moment you step up to the building. Detailing is unsurpassed in the spacious fit out, facility upgrades and security arrangements.

Tavarua is a luxurious private 29 person resort in situated in beautiful Fiji. The heart shaped island is home to some of the world’s clearest waters and divine secluded beaches. IPHouse were contracted to provide a stunning comprehensive solution for automated lighting and audiovisual in the new restaurant and surrounding facilities.

AM60 Brisbane
Standing at 20 levels, with 21,000m2 of A-Grade office space, AM-60 enhances the emergence of Albert Street as Brisbane’s ‘green spine’. It achieved a 5 Green Star rating and a 4.5 star NABERS energy rating. This high rise commercial office tower in downtown Brisbane reconciles market forces with the specific urban context of its corner address. The major frontage is characterized by a slick and colourful glassy façade, which wraps around the corner into the minor street where tactile concrete and masonry elements give a contrasting character and scale, as well as more substantial solar control. A fragment of the tactility is an embellished masonry screen protecting 4 levels of glass-skinned boardrooms.

IPHouse worked in conjunction with Beaufils Electrical to install integrated energy metering and management systems to help reduce power and lighting costs. We also installed smart interactive whiteboards in each training rooms.

Energex NMO Nundah
This stunning precinct features the 5-star Green Star Circa CT1 together with three residential buildings containing approximately 300 units to promote the development of a dense mixed use community. The eight level Circa CT1 building tower, housing the Energex Northern Metro Office (NMO), rises above a series of podium volumes accommodating a 2000sqm gym, retail spaces and cafés, defining the active building fronts from the adjacent streets and plazas. The façade above the main entry has been set back to highlight the entry area, while the podium volume projects over the office entrance to create a large covered entry area. We chose Dali Control as the system of choice for this project which consists of an ethernet network and Dali line controllers, grouped with time schedules, pushbuttons, switches and sensors to control all aspects of lighting and emergency lights.
